The design – a rich elevated French bistro. Design elements include custom moulding inspired by classic French architectural details, and repeated throughout at the bar nosing which is softened by curvature. The warm lighting highlights the rust coloured feature banquette that wraps around the dining room.
The striking green and gold marble pulls in the sage furniture tones and brass accents throughout. Parquet wood flooring is a direct relationship to not just the name itself but the meaning of the name and intricate level of detail associated to it.
The use of mirror throughout allows individual zones exist but connects and unites it all as one space. The large servery with site lines to and from the dining room were done with intention to facilitate such a high-level of service and facilitate operations.
The bar being front and centre brings an immediate connection as you enter to not just the bar but also the immediate interaction with the bartender.
